I wanted to do something special for Jen this Mother's Day since of-course this is her very first "official" one. Keeping in mind that the moolah situation hasn't been the greatest lately, I tried to use what's left in my brain and mainly in my heart to give her a Mother's Day that would be a memorable one. So instead of getting her a card, I wrote her a letter telling her how important she is to me and what a wonderful Mom she really is. She was really touched by this and she seemed happy with only this one thing for Mommy's Day. But wait, there's more! I went back to my car and handed her a fairly large present and told her: "Nows it's Kaylene's turn to give Mommy a gift". I had printed and framed several pictures of some cute Kaylene parts (it's hard to explain till you see the picture). She was very touched and teary eyed by this, as you can see in the photo above. Then I went back for a 3rd gift. I wanted to get her something that would be expressive and memorable for all time, to honor her Motherhood. Do you know what it is? Well, I'm not gonna tell you, you'll have to look at the pictures to find out! :D I think everything turned out just perfect!
