Tandy's Update for Thursday - Evening
Well, Tandy continues to hold her own in the ICU, at the Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. She is still in room 304 in case anyone wants to go see her up there. She still seems to go back and forth with a slight to moderate fever, and they were putting ice packs in her armpits, and other "warm" places to try to get her cooled down. She received a blessing from her father and brother-in-law so that she hopefully will not need to have a tracheotomy done tomorrow. If they can get her "awake" enough to breathe fully on her own, then she can have the breathing tube removed with just her own lungs to do the job. The only thing is, we all need to pray that she can gain the strength she needs to do that while her body is resting during the night. Her vitals continue to be strong and stable, and we are pleased with the progress she has made thus far. Thanks again for the many prayers that have been offered in her behalf, and also for the rest of her family and friends. I know that I can feel the strength of those around me praying for me, and I can feel of their love and support. I will write more as things develop.
