Today was a pretty good day. Tandy had surgery to reduce the opening in her abdomen. The surgery went well; however, she still has a fever and her white blood cell count is elevated. So she is still on antibiotics as well as antifungals. Because of the recent surgery she is still being given sedatives so she has not woken up yet. Her next surgery is scheduled for Monday. Her liver has gotten somewhat bigger according to the surgeon, but we do not know whether that is good or bad. Her color is much better, a lot less yellow.

I'm not sure if you would remember me. I'm Victoria Hall, Gloria Hall was my mom and a very close friend of Tandy's, it breaks my heart to hear what you are going through. I just want to send you guys my best wishes for you and Tandy. Also to Cody and Boo too. I really feel for you guys. Tandy is such an incredible human being and such a strong woman, what a fighter.
